This section is for player-made threads about factions -- to document their history, development, members, and roleplay over time. Think of it as the “faction storybook” of Legacy.mp. Purpose show how your faction started, show how it grows / changes / fights / allies, post screenshots of RP, keep a timeline of important IC events, give other players context for your RP. What to post here Faction origin / backstory (IC) Progress updates RP screenshots IC documents related to the faction Character group threads What to avoid OOC drama about other groups Reports / accusations → use the reports section Real-life names/brands/events that don’t fit Legacy.mp Copy-pasted threads from other communities without adapting to our lore Lore & setting All faction threads should follow the Legacy.mp community lore. That means: use in-universe names (LC brands, GTA-style names), avoid real-life org names unless adapted, don’t reference real-world events, make it look like it actually exists in our world, not IRL New York City. If you need a real-life reference, rebrand it to a GTA-style name. Recommended structure To make your thread readable, you can add: Faction lore/history/timeline Short description (what the group is about IC and how to get involved) Screenshots (with short captions) Screenshots Keep them IC-focused (meetings, deals, community events, nightlife, tagging…) Blur/crop anything that breaks immersion or sensitive data/information Add 1–2 line captions so people know what’s happening Staff note Staff may edit/move/archive threads that: break lore, use real-life extremist/criminal branding, are purely OOC arguments.
